STOP THE SPREADING/BURNING OF FUKUSHIMA DAICHII's RADIOACTIVE RUBBLE
We are writing this letter in support of a network of thousands of mothers and citizens across Japan and around the world that are concerned about the devastation from the tsunami on March 11, 2011 and fear the grossly negligent Japanese government policies since its occurrence.
THREE MILE ISLAND: A FORGOTTEN TRAGEDY
Following the success of its world premier in Karlsruhe, Germany, the multimedia stage opera by Andrea Molino will be shown at Rome’s Teatro India on 21st and 22st May 2012. Three Mile Island commemorates an event that took place over 30 years ago and that has almost been forgotten in modern times: a catastrophe that so nearly happened.

Round table scheduled for 21 May 2012 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, at the Teatro India in Roma in conjunction with the Italian premier of the stage concert Three Mile Island (see presentation in next square). Amongst the guests, the Nobel Peace Laureate Shirin Ebadi (above in the photo), and the witnesses from Fukushima.
Seven Nobel Peace laureates call on british prime minister
to open falklands talks

Adolfo Perez Esquivel, supported by six other Nobel Peace laureates representing four continents, has launched an international campaign to urge the British Prime Minister, David Cameron, to uphold the repeated Resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly (Special Commission), which call for negotiations to be held in order to seek a peaceful solution to the problems around the sovereignty of the Falklands, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands.
